Tropical Shade® Toss and Go™ pond dyes are convenient pre-measured water-soluble pond dye packets designed to enhance lakes, fountains and ponds with an attractive natural tropical blue color. Each Tropical Shade® Toss and Go™ water soluble pond dye tablet will color approximately 1-acre foot (325,000 gallons of water).
Pond dyes are designed to help protect your water and wildlife from the harsh UV sun rays. By shading the water with pond dyes, wildlife is protected and your pond will stay looking fresh for months on end.
LIQUID POND & LAKE DYES
Tropical Shade® liquid pond and lake dye is concentrated and long lasting. One gallon will create a beautiful deep tropical blue look in a one-acre pond to a depth of four feet. (1,300,000 gallons of water) Actual coverage may vary based on water quality. This is one of the best pond dye options for getting the vivid color you want.

These pond dyes are drinking-water safe and specially formulated using organic dyes to provide a natural collection that is certified by NSF International to ANSI/NSF Standard 60 Drinking Water Standards. These lake and pond dyes are ideal for shading and decorative coloration. Tropical Shade® uniquely provides natural, non-toxic protection against algae and other unwanted aquatic growth. Finned friends are unaffected by our pond dyes, and the pond is bright, safe, and clean.

Tropical Shade’s unique, safe, non-toxic water-soluble formulation’s active ingredients naturally screen the sun’s harmful UV rays creating a natural deep blue look that will enhance a water body’s natural beauty. If a hue of other color is preferred, Tropical Shade provides a Blue/Green, Red, Black and Blue/Black pond and lake dye. These pond dyes still produce bright colors and are non-toxic.

Our Tropical Shade® liquids are concentrated and long-lasting options ideal for larger ponds.
